unleashing human potential
The ImagineIt Project was founded and funded by Richard Tavener and Rudy Poe with the mission to promote creative thinking to solve global challenges.
The ImagineIt Project builds creative capacity at schools, at home and at work with content support by: Stanford University, MIT Media Lab, Smithsonian, Pixar Animation, Blue Man Group, Sally Ride Science, X PRIZE, Lincoln Center Institute and the National Academy of Engineering.
In many ways the ImagineIt Project is a 21st century public service awareness initiative. The project includes two documentary films, a book series, video shorts, an online multimedia library, curriculum and series of international conferences and events.
In 2007 the ImagineIt Project was created for teachers to use in the classroom to inspire students and by 2010 Dr. Joesph A. Kayne, a distinguished professor at Miami University (Oxford, OH) joined the project and with his experience in curriculum development ImagineIt is now used not only in classrooms, but also by businesses and organizations around the world.
